CROQUANTS:

Break 3 eggs in a bowl.
Weight them.
Add same amount of sugar and mix.
Add same amount of flour and mix.

Add walnuts, chocolate chips and raisins for example (or anything you feel like adding).

spread in a large flat (but very low) dish.
Cook in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, th 7.

When it is getting a nice light brown, stop the oven and let it cool down in it.
When cooled down, cut it il small squares.

The older it gets, the better it tastes.
