A few days ago, i was talking about how many babies were to be born around me this year, and how i did not feel the need to have one myself right now...

Today i learnt that one of my friends, who was to give birth at the beginning of August, had a miscarriage last Wednesday...

I may not know what it is to be pregnant, but i know what it is to lose somebody so close to you... I feel so sad for my friends, they were so happy, and i wonder what i should do to help them, if it is in my power at all... 

Has anybody experienced this situation before? Can anyone tell me what to do to help them?
